Supporting people's mental health and keeping them connected.

About k.i.t

The Wellways k.i.t (Keeping In Touch) was created to support positive mental health, find effective resources to help manage mental health issues, provide information for suicide support and keep people connected during this time of isolation.

As physical distancing has become the main way of containing the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), the risks and effects on people’s mental health and the feeling of isolation is even greater than before.

We want to help people still feel connected to their community and find the tools and resources they need to help manage their mental health.

The Wellways k.i.t has been partly funded by NSW Ministry of Health.
